A Closed Session/Special Meeting of the Livingston City Council was held in the City Council Chambers on April 5, 2011, with Mayor Espinoza presiding.
CLOSED SESSION
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Espinoza opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited.

CITIZEN COMMENTS
Mayor Espinoza opened the meeting for public comments. There were no public comments and the Council then adjourned to the City Hall Conference Room for Closed Session to discuss the following matter:
1. Public Employee Appointment
(Government Code Section 54957)

OPEN SESSION
The City Council came out of Closed Session and into Open Session.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 6:37 p.m.
