RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 2011- , designating certain signatures for City bank accounts.
BACKGROUND:
There are currently staff members and elected officials authorized to sign warrants and payroll checks drawn from City bank accounts.
DISCUSSION:
Due to the recent change in the office of City Treasurer, it is necessary to make changes to the Resolution designating signatures currently on file with WestAmerica Bank by replacing the name of the former City Treasurer Antonio Silva with the name of the new City Treasurer Marjorie McFadden.

RESOLUTION NO. 2011-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON
AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED SIGNATURES FOR CITY BANK ACCOUNTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Livingston, a municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California:
That this organization establish in its name one or more deposit accounts with the Livingston Branch of WestAmerica Bank upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon with said WestAmerica Bank, and that the Finance Director of this organization be and is hereby authorized to establish such accounts;
and
That either:
1. Mayor, Rodrigo Espinoza
2. Mayor Pro-Tempore Margarita Aguilar
3. City Treasurer, Marjorie McFadden
4. Assistant City Manager/Finance Director, Victoria Lewis
5. Senior Accountant, Jasmin Bains
6. Senior Administrative Analyst, Danna Rasmussen
of this organization be, and they are hereby authorized to draw checks on said accounts of this organization, signed as provided herein with signatures duly certified to said Bank by the City Clerk of the City of Livingston and said Bank is hereby authorized to honor and pay any and all check so signed, including those drawn to the individual order of any officer or person authorized to sign the same; and
That all checks require two signatures by Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6, as set forth above. Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 2011, by the following vote:
