California Department of Health Sept. 2010 Letter on Water System Funding

Looks like the new Mayor will have some explaining to do. The State is concerned that Rate Roll backs will leave Livingston ill funded and ill equipped to cover Operating Costs and needed improvements to the infrastructure.
