The Engineers are asking that the Item be postponed: Maybe because there are people asking questions like. Why is Rogers Foods and Gallo Winery included. And why is Foster Farms shown as only “over 50%” of annual water sales

If you look at the table below and do the math, you will see that “Industrial” consumed 68% of the Water. “Industrial” = Foster Farms

You will also note that more water was “Lost” than used for “Landscaping”

See those 3 Water Meters for “Industrial”? Those 3 meters were installed at the property line of Foster Farms in May 2008 according to the 2008 – 2009 Adopted City Budget

And notice how Foster Farm’s Usage is expected to remain constant through 2040

And just in case Livingston gets around to doing another General Plan Update, I thought it would be nice to have these number already handy.

So the City has not filed a Urban Waste Water Master Plan since 2000. Interesting.
