NOTICE OF COMPLETION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the work of that certain project known as "Federal Safe
Routes to Schools Sidewalk Installation (Cycle 2) Project No. SRTSL-5256 (008)" located in the City of Livingston, County of Merced, was completed on October 25, 2010, and was
accepted by the City of Livingston on January 18, 2011. The Contractor for this project was JJR Construction Inc. 1120 Ninth Avenue, San Mateo, California 94402. The property
owner is the City of Livingston, 1416 "C" Street, Livingston, California 95334.
