LIVINGSTON PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

Item No.1- Consent Agenda
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning Commission and will be adopted by one action of the Commission unless any member of the Commission wishes to remove an item for separate consideration.
Item No.2- Presentation
a. Davidson Boats has submitted a business license application for a boat assembly business operation at an M-1, Limited Industrial zoning district location on Industrial Drive.
Their business characteristics fall in the middle of the M-1 (Limited Industrial) and M-2 (General Industrial) zoning districts. An M-1 use is permitted at this location, but an M-2 use is prohibited.
Davidson Boats is providing a PowerPoint Presentation to the Pla1ming Commission to fully explain their processes so the Planning Commission can help staff determine if this business is a good fit for this location.
Planning Commission will look at the possible impacts of the business and give a recommendation to staff to approve or deny the business license.

While the Planning Commission encourages participation from the audience, no more than five (5) minutes are allowed per discussion item.
Topics not considered urgency matters may be referred to City Staff and/or placed on the next agenda for consideration and/or action by the Planning Commission.
Item No. 4- Public Hearings
a. Conditional Use Permit 2012-05. Sargon Bahrami has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a fitness/gym use in the Downtown Commercial Zoning District (DTC) at 1471 B Street, SuiteD in the Liberty Market shopping center.
