Greetings and Good Day from “the slug”(As I am known in some circles) :-p
Want insights into what is going on and why (development wise) in the City of Livingston. Here’s a good place to start.Just in Case You would like to do a little quick research in some of what the Planning Commission has Considered. Although I may not have separate pages for every Agenda Item, if you click on the links to the Draft Minutes, You’ll get a pretty good idea about what was discussed.

Item No. 1 – Consent Agenda
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning Commission and will be adopted by one action of the Commission unless any member of the Commission wishes to remove an item for separate consideration .

Item No.2- Public Comment
a. Members of the Audience -At this time, any person may comment on any item that is NOT on the Agenda . PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS FOR THE RECORD.
While the Planning Commission encourages participation from the audience, no more than five (5) minutes are allowed per discussion item. Topics not considered urgency matters may be referred to City Staff and/or placed on the next agenda for consideration and/or action by the Planning Commission.

a. Conditional Use Permit 2012-06. Jose Perez/Roberto Ramirez
Jose Perez, project architect, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to renovate and expand an existing non-conforming house within the Highway Service Commercial Zoning District (C-3) at 428 Simpson Avenue.
