Item No. 1- Election of Officers

a. Election of New Chair and Vice-Chair.

Item No. 2 -Presentations

a. Recognition of Francisco Castellanos for his Service on the Livingston Planning Commission.

Item No. 3 – Consent Agenda

All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the Planning Commission and will be adopted by one action of the Commission unless any member of the Commission wishes to remove an item for separate consideration.

a. Approval of Action Meeting Minutes from the April 14, 2015, Planning Commission Meeting.

Item No. 4 – Public Comment

a. Members of the Audience -At this time, any person may comment on any item that is NOT on the Agenda. PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS FOR THE RECORD. While the Planning Commission encourages participation from the audience, no more than five (5) minutes are allowed per discussion item. Topics not considered urgency matters may be referred to City Staff and/or placed on the next agenda for consideration and/or action by the Planning Commission.

Item No. 5 -Public Hearings

a. Conditional Use Permit 2015-01 and Site Plan & Design Review 2015-02 for 51 Fifty Enterprises.

Tim Coppedge, of Modem Steel Structures, on behalf of Carlos Vieira, owner of 51 Fifty Enterprises, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan and Design Review to construct and operate a private youth boxing training gym and sports facility at 436 Second Street. The property is currently vacant, 12,400 square feet in size, located at the northwest comer of "B" and Second Streets, APN#: 024-113-006, and is zoned Downtown Commercial (DTC). The new construction will be single story, 10,780 square feet in size.

a. Discussion of combining the Planning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission.

All actions of the Livingston Planning Commission can be appealed to the Livingston City Council by filing an appeal, in writing and paying the appropriate fees, with the City Clerk.
