A 1995 Resolution on Livingston’s Water Rates

Click on the following link to see the 1995 Water Rate ResolutionLet me see if I got this right. Rates were raised in 1982 and 13 years passed before Rates were looked at again. Then when Rates were Raised in 1995, everyone but the Industrial Users got a Rate Increase. At least that’s the way it looks to me.

Why don’t you take a look and see if you can find an Adjustment in “Industrial” Rates anywhere.

Well…now that the Council has Rolled back Water Rates to these 1995 levels, who do you think is really getting the BEST deal?
