LIVINGSTON CITY COUNCIL

JANUARY 30, 2006

A Special Meeting of the Livingston City Council was held in the City Hall Conference Room on January 30, 2006, with Mayor Friesen presiding.

Mayor Friesen called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Present were Mayor Friesen, Mayor Pro-Tem Vierra and Council Members Espinoza (late arrival), Ingram and Soria; and Randy Risner who was present in the absence of City Attorney Hallinan.

CLOSED SESSION

The Council went into Closed Session at 4:46 p.m. to discuss the following matter:

1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT

(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957)

Title: City Manager

RECESS

The Council took a short break at 6:30 p.m. The Closed Session resumed at 6:39 p.m.

The Closed Session ended at 7:09 p.m.

OPEN SESSION

The Council came out of Closed Session and into Open Session at 7:10 p.m.

REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION

The Council took no action; gave direction to staff.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 7:11 p.m.
