LIVINGSTON CITY COUNCIL

NOVEMBER 8, 2007

A Special Meeting of the Livingston City Council was held in the City Council Chambers on November 8, 2007.  Mayor Samra presided at the meeting.

CLOSED SESSION

Mayor Samra opened the meeting at 4:07 p.m.

ROLL CALL

    Mayor Gurpal Samra

    Mayor Pro-Tem William Ingram

    Council Member Frank Vierra

    Council Member Rodrigo Espinoza

    Council Member Roy Soria

The Council went into Closed Session at 4:07 p.m. to discuss the following matter:

1.      Public Employment—Government Code Section 54957.

Title:  City Attorney.

The Closed Session ended at 5:17 p.m.

OPEN SESSION

The Council came out of Closed Session and into Open Session at 5:18 p.m 

No action was taken.             

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 5:19 p.m.
