With that in mind, on to the

RESOLUTION 2011-

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON
AUTHORIZING THE ACTING CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CAROLLO ENGINEERS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORK ON THE BLUEBERRY CROSSING COMMERCIAL PROJECT

WHEREAS, Phil Martin and Associates, the environmental consultant for the Blueberry Crossing Commercial Project (“Project”), has determined a need to review water distribution system and waste water collection system comments on the Project and provide clarification; and

WHEREAS, Carollo Engineers, the City’s consultant for the Water Distribution System and Waste Water Collection Master Plans, conducted a hydraulic analysis in 2007 to determine if the improvements proposed in these Master Plans needed to be revised for the Project; and

WHEREAS, Carollo Engineers has submitted a scope of work (Exhibit A) to provide clarification on that analysis; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered the proposed scope of work at its regular meeting of January 4, 2011.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Livingston hereby authorizes the Acting City Manager to enter into a contract with Carollo Engineers to provide clarification for the EIR for the Blueberry Crossing Commercial Project.
