A Special Meeting of the Livingston City Council was held on August 23, 2011, in the City Council Chambers with Mayor Espinoza presiding.

CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Espinoza opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m.

The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited.

CITIZENS COMMENTS

Katherine Schell Rodriquez, P.O. Box 163 asked if there had been any staffing changes in City Hall or out of City Hall and if so why?

AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPOINTMENTS AND PROCLAMATIONS

1. City of Livingston Budget Workshop – Fiscal Year 2011-2012 – General Fund.

Assistant City Manager/Finance Director Vickie Lewis presented the item. Discussion followed.

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 6:15 p.m.
