COURT THEATER COMMITTEE

DECEMBER 21, 2009

The monthly of the Court Theater Committee was called to order by Chairperson JoAnn Mires on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 5:08 p.m. in the Livingston City Council Chambers

Minutes – A motion was made by Kaye Greeley and seconded by Marge McFadden to approve the September 21, 2009 minutes.  Motion passed.

Treasury Report – No Treasury report was given.

Court Theater Project Update – Nothing new to report.

OLD BUSINESS:

Bunco Fund Raiser

Ÿ        Tickets for the Event will be $20 for lunch and the tournament.

Ÿ        Tickets were handed out to those present

Ÿ        Kaye would like 20 cart tables set up.  If anyone knows where to get card tables, contact Kaye

Ÿ        Key Club will set up and cleanup as well as be rovers.

Ÿ        Jan will verify that we can set up the night before.

Ÿ        Need to look for raffles gifts. Bring any to the January meeting

Ÿ        Raffle tickets will be $1 each or 6 for $5

Ÿ        Will discuss lunch menu at next meeting.

Wine and Cheese Affair Update:

Ÿ        Jan will email Irish Winery again to ask if they would like to participate again this year.

Ÿ        There should be enough wine stored so we will not need to buy any.

Ÿ        Send possible sponsor’s names/address to Jan

NEW BUSINESS:

No new business.

Meeting was adjourned at 5:25p.m..  The next meeting will be held on Monday, January 18, 2009, at 5:00 pm.
